Name: Cueva Cobijeru (sea cave; there are two others); also spelled Cobigeru or Cobiheru.
Location: 600m from Buelna. Easterly road from Buelna passes under railway with narrow bridge. From the small carpark on the right just after the bridge a path leads (past two caves and over the stream) to the Cobijeru inland beach. The inland entrance to the cave is immediately to the East of this. GPS: N43°23'43" W4°36'40" UTM: 30T 369.63 4806.18
Description: An easy slope leads to a stooping passage to the left (soon out of sight of daylight) which leads into the spacious main cave with daylight and sea visible and audible. Numerous pools and coloured rocks etc.
Visits: 2016 – locate entrance and brief trip 2016 – more thorough exploration and photos/video clip 2019 – revisit 2021 – mostly photographic trip 2022 – (March) longer photographic trip; also (20.03) drone flight with sphericals over sea and land 2022 – (June) low-tide trip, also to try NEO3 LED light + drone flight two days earlier 2022 – (October) thorough exploration for bufone connect (not found)
